Diagnostic Assessment/Intake
Assessments are designed to gain a deep understanding of your mental health and well-being. Through a thorough evaluation process, we identify the root causes of your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan to address every aspect of your well-being.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work closely with you to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and promote personal growth and healing.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART can be used to process traumatic events, explore and re-write core beliefs, process fears, and live a symptom-free life. You can choose to only utilize ART or use it alongside our individual, talk therapy sessions.

Group Therapy
Group therapy can provide validation, and insight from other members of the group. This is often a fun experience with a mix of lessons, skills-building, and processing. In the past, I have done groups on trauma skills, CBT, processing, and recovery. I’m always open to ideas of what might best serve my clients!

LPCC/LADC Supervision
I provide group and individual supervision to pre-licensed individuals completing the requirements for licensure. I help supervisee’s develop the skills to work independently think critically, and feel confident in the therapeutic process.

Workshops
Workshops are interactive and focus on anxiety management, resilience, and personal growth. I provide practical tools in a supportive setting. This is perfect for someone who wants to dip their toes into therapy. Workshops can be anywhere from 90 minutes to half days. Have an idea for a workshop? Let me know and I’d love to host!
